Fees for Services

Below are our fees at our usual and customary rate for services. We offer a 15% discount for paying at the time of service. We are also part of the Preferred Chiropractic Doctor Program (PCD). You can sign up for membership online for $37 per year for your immediate family (up to age 26). You receive 25% off of most of our services including those non-covered by insurance at our office, as well as for other offices in their network while you are traveling. We also except most insurances. Please call the member services number on the back of your insurance card to check you benefits with our office.
